Point is, I can see that half of these are seriously OP. For which I admit to being a dumbass for.

7th Goo - poisonous touch and cannot be hurt by projectiles, - 1 speed
8th Pressure - Tears up 2 points, - 1 Heart
9th Toxic - Invincible to poison and poison on ground, Slower movement and shot speed + range down, but shots act like when having pinkie eye
10th Mark - Damage up + 2 soulhearts Random chance of spawning familiar for the room
11th MAGIC - All stats up by 2 and homing tears, only found in god room
12th It Hurts - Dmg up,Tears up, RARE
13th HerpDerp - Slower shot speed,range up,damage up, walk speed up
14th Rage - Already in game
15th No Control - gets cancer trinket and maxes out tears, - 1 heart
16th Grownth - Well, i guess hp up 1
17th, Flying, Alive creatures dont see you, Spectral tears, changes all hearts to Soul hearts
18th Home Head - Randomly shots bombs, Have higher chance of bomb after collecting
